Whether you're an early riser or winding down after work, there's a class time that fits your rhythm. All classes are live on Zoom and listed in both Central Time (CST) and Japan Standard Time (JST). These classes are designed to support your week with a mix of morning and evening options—perfect for building a consistent practice no matter your time zone or schedule.
First class is always free—no pressure, just show up and move with us.

What You'll Practice
You’ll be guided through Hatha Yoga, which uses a wide variety of Asana (body postures). Each asana engages different muscles and joints—helping you build stability, flexibility, strength, and overall vitality.
How to Prepare Your Space
Your Practice Zone
- Choose a quiet, clutter-free space with room to move.
- Lay down your mat and keep props nearby (blocks, straps, etc.).
- Let others in your home know you’ll be practicing.
- Close the door for privacy.
Set Yourself Up
- Wear comfy, breathable clothing.
- Keep a water bottle nearby to sip between poses.
- Arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
- Let the teacher know about any injuries or conditions before class.
Tech Setup for Class
- Use a charged phone, tablet, or computer.
- Place it where you can see and hear the teacher clearly.
- Check your internet connection.
- Silence notifications.
- Adjust your camera and mic as needed.
How to Join
- Register for a class.
- You’ll receive a Zoom link by email.
- Log in a few minutes before class begins.
- Breathe, move, and enjoy.
