My Philosophy

Yoga is more than movement—it’s a way to create space, calm, and vitality in your day-to-day life. I started offering live, online yoga classes to make this ancient practice accessible, no matter your schedule or location.

Each class is rooted in Hatha Yoga and informed by my studies in India and Japan. You’ll experience thoughtful sequencing, mindful breathwork, and modifications for all levels.

My goal is simply to help you feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected to yourself—one practice at a time.

Who This Is For

These classes are designed for:

  • Busy people who want yoga that fits their schedule
  • Beginners looking for clear, compassionate guidance
  • Practitioners seeking a supportive, small-class feel
  • Seniors and anyone wanting gentle, safe movement

Everyone is welcome. All you need is a yoga mat, or even just a towel, and a little space to breathe.

What You’ll Practice

Classes focus on Hatha Yoga, a style that blends postures (asanas), breathwork, and mindful movement. With regular practice, you'll build:

  • Stability: a stronger foundation in your body, from your feet up through your core
  • Flexibility: gradual, sustainable range of motion without forcing or straining
  • Strength: functional, whole-body strength that supports you off the mat too
  • Connection: a quieter mind and a clearer sense of how your body feels and moves
