A one hour yoga class is $10 per screen. That means if you have a friend or family member with you sharing a device, you all can do yoga together for only $10.
You will practice Hatha Yoga which includes a wide variety of Asana (body postures). Each Asana uses various parts of our body and muscles which makes you stable, flexible, strong, and healthy.
Setting Up Your Space
- Choose a quiet, clutter-free area with enough room to move.
- Lay out your mat and have props like blocks or straps nearby.
- Gather any needed items like bolsters, blankets, or yoga blocks before class.
- Inform others in your household of your schedule.
- Close the door to your practice space for privacy.
Set Yourself Up
- Wear breathable, non-restrictive clothing that allows for free movement.
- Log in a few minutes early to settle in.
- Keep a water bottle nearby.
- Sip between poses to avoid disruption.
- Share any injuries or health concerns before class to ensure safety.
How do you come to class?
Simply register for one of the classes. After that you'll receice a zoom link for the class.
