My Story & Philosophy
Yoga is more than movement—it’s a way to create space, calm, and vitality in your day-to-day life. I started offering live, online yoga classes to make this ancient practice accessible, no matter your schedule or location.
Each class is rooted in Hatha Yoga and informed by my studies in India and Japan. You’ll experience thoughtful sequencing, mindful breathwork, and modifications for all levels.
My goal is simple: to help you feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected to yourself—one practice at a time.

Hi, I’m Gan—a certified yoga instructor with over 470 hours of training across India and Japan. My teaching blends traditional yoga wisdom with modern approaches to accessibility and wellness.
Credentials
- 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training (Samyak Yoga, Mysore)
- 250-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training (Yoga Darshananm, Karnataka)
- 20-hour Senior Yoga Training (Yoga Viola Tricolor, Tokyo)
- Certified Care Worker (Tokyo, National Certification)
