Learn How To Use Your Body Carefully
Yoga stretches all the muscles you don't normally stretch during the day. Working all these areas will warm you up, relax you, and strengthen your muscles evenly.
YogaGan classes are designed and taught so that you'll get a deep stretch while learning how to do it safely.
Standing
People originally practiced yoga so they could sit for a long time and meditate. They figured out that to get a strong mind, they needed to work on their bodies too.
Sitting
Practice yoga and it will help with the distortions in your body that are causing you discomfort. Then when you are more comfortable sitting, it will be easier to focus on the task at hand.
Laying
When you fidget and move while you are sitting, it's because some part of your body is uncomfortable. If you can stay seated without thinking about your body, it's easier to calm your mind and get less distracted.

This Months Module
