Morning kick-start or evening wind-down — there's a class at both ends of the day. All sessions are live on Zoom, with times shown in CST and JST so you can join from wherever you are.

How We Practice Together
YogaGan focuses on traditional Hatha Yoga, designed to increase flexibility, build strength, and bring balance to mind and body. Classes include a variety of standing, seated, and lying poses that evolve over time as you deepen your practice.
We start each class with a warmup. Then we do some rounds of Sun Salutation. After that we work on some standing and sitting poses. Each class ends with a cool down.

Join Online From Anywhere
All classes are taught live on Zoom—just click a link to join from your phone, tablet, or computer.
Pay Per Screen
Each class is $10 per screen. You can join alone or share your screen with friends or family—no extra cost.
Weekly Deal: Third Class Is $1
If you take three classes in one week (Thursday–Wednesday), your third class is just $1!
Example:

- Tuesday class ✅ → Only $1!
Payment Options for Regular Students
Choose the plan that fits your practice:
- Drop-In: $10 per class (pay as you go)
- Weekly: Pay for your classes each week (take advantage of the $1 third class!)
- Monthly: Pay once a month for all your classes—simple and hassle-free

How to Join a Class
- Sign Up: Reserve your spot online.
- Get the Link: I’ll send you a **Zoom link** by email.
- Roll Out Your Mat: Come as you are—no experience, no fancy gear needed. Click the link at class time and enjoy!
Prepare Your Space
Create a peaceful practice environment at home:
- Clear a quiet space with minimal distractions.
- Have your mat, blocks, and strap nearby.
- Set up your camera for a full-body view and mute notifications for a calm session.
